This beautiful Samantha doll is to be retired in about two months. I just bought her best friend (Nellie O'Malley.). I don't have Samantha and not yet Nellie, but she'll come soon. Nellie will be retired, too. Samantha is a strong, firm girl who doesn't cry when she scrapes her knee (see the movie "Samantha, An American Girl."). I read almost all of her books. She is not just beautiful, but awesome. I'm going to get her for Christmas. She has been around for twenty something years and a new AG doll will join. Good-bye, Samantha and Nellie!

This is my 2nd doll. I got her for Christmas 2008. I'm getting her accesories for my birthday probably. She is beautiful! I love history because of her,Ruthie,and American Girl. I have seen all the movies. Anyway, Samantha was one the the first dolls of AG. Her outfit is beautiful, and she has awesome accesories. I want Nellie too, but I'm sure I won't get her.
